‘Wunderkammer; Chamber of Echoes’ – Wunderkammer were the first museums that emerged in 16th century Europe, perhaps driven by curiosity, or perhaps by the fascination with the different materials collected, or by the surprising excitement of bringing them all together in a single context – just like art exhibitions... PASAJ, with this question in mind, wishes to create a space where artists can exhibit both their own works and the objects that inspired them. ‘Wunderkammer; Chamber of Echoes’ is a journey of discovery that goes beyond collecting and exhibiting objects, creating a personal archive of knowledge, memories and emotions. It turns into a playful interactive dialogue by asking the audience to discover the relationship between the object and the artworks.
