ÖSKG is an artist-run organisation founded in 1974 and based in Österlen, eastern Skåne. The association organises exhibitions, workshops, seminars, concerts and performances at Tjörnedala konsthall, Baskemölla. The venue is situated in a scenic landscape close to the Baltic Sea coast. The building has an enclosed courtyard and dates back to the 19th century, built in the half-timbered style of the time. It was later converted to a spacious exhibition hall. ÖSKG is also responsible for ‘Konstrundan’, the annual open studio event established in 1968. Its programme encompasses contemporary art, design and craft, presenting artists from both national and international contexts.
Under the theme ‘The Great Gala’ at SUPERMARKET 2026, ÖSKG/Tjörnedala konsthall presents ‘Auto-portraits’, a representative group of members in a collaborative presentation that reflects the breadth and diversity of the association’s artistic practices.
