For this year’s exhibition they invited Daisuke Takeya, an interdisciplinary artist based in Hayama/Ishinomaki in Japan, and Toronto, Canada. Takeya’s praxis comprises the exploration of nature and plausibility in contemporary society, and hinges on all kinds of double meanings. As a performance artist he has participated in numerous performance art festivals internationally.
