Artspace Studios was established in 1986 by a collective of artists aiming to facilitate affordable workspaces and a resource centre for visual artists in Galway, Ireland. We manage studios for up to 20 professional artists and have introduced a darkroom membership while offering exhibition and residency opportunities. We foster a vibrant community exploring diverse visual arts practices in a supportive environment. Our ethos revolves around nurturing artistic growth, providing a haven where artistic voices can flourish.

We will present a selection of work from our members at SUPERMARKET 2025. The arts are integral to social, cultural, and economic development – we advocate for supporting and sustaining artistic practices through the provision of our workspaces in the west of Ireland.
