after / time collective gallery is an experimental curatorial platform and artist-run gallery in Portland, Oregon, USA. Community-centered programming includes artist residencies, exhibitions, public programming and educational resources, all of which structure new futures beyond Capital where the artist is centered. Our relationship with the arts community is guided by principles of reciprocity and problem-solving to overcome common obstacles that working artists encounter. As working artists ourselves, we recognise that the contemporary is no longer present to itself, and artists must navigate within this disrupted time complex. Based on this recognition, we understand that access is fundamental for ideation and creation within this new context.
