Uncertain States Scandinavia publishes and distributes a free quarterly newspaper showing lens-based art. Formed in 2016 by Tor Simen Ulstein, Dagny Hay and Charlie Hay.Since 2016 we have represented over hundred lens-based artists on paper, and on several occasions invited both established as well as emerging artists to show Scandinavian contemporary photography in galleries and festivals in Norway and abroad.
