KRO - the Swedish Artists´ National Organization
KRO was founded in 1937, and comprises some 3,000 professional visual artists within the fields of painting, sculpture, textiles, graphic art and new media. The task of the KRO is to represent Swedish artists in political issues concerning art and artists' financial and social situation.

KIF - the Association of Swedish Craftsmen and Industrial Designers
KIF was founded in 1961 and its task is to represent their members in political issues concerning their financial and social situation. KIF is body considering proposed legislation in issues within cultural policy, taxation and labour market policy. KIF also acts as wage negotiator in issues considering exhibition subsidy and has the right to propose members of the board within The visual artists fund (Bildkonstnärsfonden).

SFF - the Swedish Photographer's Association
SFF is a nonprofit organisation for professional photographers in Sweden. SFF was Founded 1895 and is with their 2400 members the biggest association in Sweden for photographers.

MU - Participation and Exhibition Compensation
The MUcontract is the collection title for the deal with the government concerning artists contribution and compensation in an exhibition starting from januari the first 2009. The new and historical in this deal is that the artist also is getting payed for the work surrounding an exhibition. The standard contract is between the government and KRO/KIF, Swedish Artists and the Swedish Photographers Asssociation.
