Konstkonsulenterna i Sverige – Regional Visual Arts Coordinators in Sweden

Regional Visual Arts Coordinators in Sweden strengthen, promote and develop the visual arts in their counties and regions. The activities are aimed at strengthening regional and national structures within the visual arts, through an overall view of art and its relationship to society at large.

The National Association of Regional Visual Arts Coordinators in Sweden was founded in August 2007. The purpose of the Association is to promote the interests of Coordinators within the field of visual arts, and we work with information, advocacy and other common issues. The activities are funded by each county/region and the National Arts Council of Sweden.

Regional Visual Arts Coordinators can be found in the following counties/regions:

Dalarna, Gotland, Gävleborg, Gothenburg City, Halland, Jämtland, Jönköping County, Kalmar County, Norrbotten, Skåne, Sörmland, Uppsala County, Värmland, Västerbotten, Västernorrland, Västmanland, Västra Götaland, Örebro County and Östergötland.
