ID:I galleri is an artist-run gallery in Stockholm, founded in 2002. At SUPERMARKET 2026, the gallery presents ‘Growing Landscapes’, a collaborative project between Swedish artist Annelie Wallin and Art Hub Pikisaari in Finland, represented by Minna Kangasmaa and Tuomo Kangasmaa.
The project approaches the landscape from two interconnected perspectives: as an active subject that sustains life and sets limits, and as an object continually shaped through interaction between environment and its inhabitants. Landscape is depicted as a dynamic process in which boundaries between life forms and their surroundings become blurred. By tracing these interactions, the project reflects on how altering one’s landscape ultimately means altering oneself, raising questions about humanity’s role under contemporary conditions.
