The Swedish Printmakers Association was founded in 1910 by a handful of artists with the intention of furthering the interests of print-makers, arranging print exhibitions and distributing information about print-making as an art form. Today we number 440 members, living throughout, and work in diverse artistic styles using all possible forms of print-making techniques. The Swedish Printmakers Association gallery is situated in Stockholm. We have an important network of contacts with other print-makers, collective workshops and print-makers associations in Sweden and abroad. There is also a group of supportive members consisting of 450 persons paying a yearly membership fee. They receive a portfolio of three prints each year.
